Line-Run works with most versions of
Microsoft Windows; however the installation procedure varies slightly from one
version to another. For instructions relating to your version of Windows, click
on the appropriate link below.

"TRU-VOICE" TEXT-TO-SPEECH ENGINE |
TruVoice is the software which enables the actors in Line-Run to speak.
There are different versions of TruVoice for different languages, including
seperate versions for British English and American English, with appropriate
accents.
The actors bundled with Line Run are intended for use with the British
English version, however you may also wish to install the American English
version for use with other actors. To install either engine, use the links
below to download and then run the appropriate file.

AGENT CORE COMPONENTS |
Use the following link to download the file
MSAgent.exe
to your hard drive, then run it to install the Microsoft Agent core components.
Last but not least, use the link below to download the Line Run setup
program. Run the program to install Line Run on your computer. (Includes the
complete script of The Importance of Being Earnest to get you started.)

NB. If you see the error message "Class not registered"
when you first try to run Line-Run, you probably do not yet have
Microsoft Agent installed on your system (see above).
